São Paulo, May 05, 2023 – Agrobiológica Sustentabilidade, a company of Crop Care, a holding company controlled by Lavoro Limited, has just opened enrollment for the Trainee Program 2023. In all, there are ten vacancies, eight for the commercial area and two focused on market development. Registration will take place between May 05 and May 15, 2023 and can be made through company’s website.

“We are looking for recent graduates who are thirsty to learn about the biological inputs industry, which is growing every year. Here, these young talents will have the opportunity to develop professionally in a large company, even while still in college. The vacancies are destined for various regions of the country, such as the southeast, mid-west, and south of Brazil,” says Rafael Garcia, Founder and CEO of Agrobiológica.

To participate in the Trainee Program, the candidate must also meet some prerequisites, such as graduating in Agronomy by December 2023 and full availability to travel or work in another city. The process has six phases, among them: application, interviews with HR and with the area managers, a personal presentation video, dynamics, and finally, hiring.

“Agribusiness is one of the fastest growing productive sectors in the country, and Agrobiológica follows this rhythm. We are looking for new talents to integrate our team in this moment of expansion”, concludes the director.

Manufacturing Expansion in Itápolis, São Paulo

One of the company’s priorities for the coming years is to leverage its production capacity. Therefore, the company is investing about R$100 million in the expansion and modernization of Agrobiológica Sustentabilidade until 2025. With this expansion, the goal is to more than double the company’s production capacity, counting on a modern and technological manufacturing complex, located in Itápolis, in the interior of São Paulo, capable of launching 20 new products already for the next production cycles.

“The future of agriculture lies in safe technologies that respect the environmental agenda and comply with legislation, without leaving aside the profitability of the producer,” says Marcelo Pessanha, CEO of Crop Care.

With the investment, more than 30 hires will be made for the sales, research, and market development areas, still in this cycle, and, according to the CEO, new openings will also be opened for positions in the industrial segment of the company soon.

“We want to access more and more farmers in the Latin American agricultural market, offering solutions designed for each crop and its specificities, paving the way for the future of agriculture through cutting-edge technology and innovation,” says the executive.
